Orders are dispatched from the Gold Coast within 24hrs via Australia Post. Shipping options are:

• Standard shipping at $8.00, estimated to arrive within 4-6 business days; or
• Express shipping at $11.00, estimated to arrive the next business day.

You will be issued with a tracking number post shipment to track your delivery.

While we endeavour to ensure all our garments are constructed to our high quality standards and consistency, we understand that on occasion the item may not fit as expected or exhibit a manufacturing fault. As we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, should you require an exchange, please contact info@feen.com.au as soon as possible to organize an immediate return. Upon confirmation of exchange, you will be required to return your item to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition (unworn, with tags and in original packaging). Upon receipt of your return, we will organize for your exchange kit to be forwarded to you within 24hrs. Should we not hold your size in stock, a full refund will be provided.
